Casino Lingo

A receipt, from a player to the casino for accessing player's line of credit at the casino.  Players can apply for credit with a casino, which when granted allows the player to purchase chips at a gaming table on credit.  The pit boss at the table will verify the line of credit, have the player sign a receipt for the use of the credit and then have the dealer advance the chips to the player.
